We partner with reliable identity assurance providers to digitalise your identity, and you can present that at the venue. Don't worry, you only need to do this once.

When an incident occurs its crucial you are able to report it as soon as possible. Our reporting system adapts to the location you're in, so from your phone you can tell us what happened, when, in exactly what area, and who was involved. Since we know who was present at that time, we can investigate the relevant individuals.

We use machine learning to minimise how many times a human will look at your details. We take careful measures to mitigate the change of false positives. Rest assured your data will never be misused - and at any time you can see *all* we have on you, and request that it be deleted.

We found that from the point that you reach the start of the queue to when you are free to go into a venue was roughly a minute on average. We can bring that down to 15 seconds - with HAVN, all you do is get a QR code scanned which proves your age, and that you have a ticket. Then get patted down, and have fun.

It's hard to investigate incidents that occur in a busy, dark, loud nightclub. We take on the responsibility of ensuring any reports are thorougly investigated - and even if authorities don't act, people found to be committing offences will be blocked from the HAVN network of venues.
